Standard Refunds
24 Hour Period
- Freshness First: If your acai arrives and it’s past the expiration date, we’ll gladly issue a refund! Just let us know—easy peasy.
- Timely Request: Let’s keep things fresh! If you notice an issue, be sure to email us within 24 hours of receiving your product. We’ll take care of the rest!
- Reach Out: Just send an email to sales@acaix.com with your order details, and we’ll get back to you in no time!
Exceptions
All Sales Final
- During Transit: Once your delicious acai leaves our hands and is with the delivery courier, we can’t take responsibility for what happens during the journey. But don’t worry—we pack everything with care to make sure it arrives in perfect condition!
- Other Concerns: We only process refunds for expired products as per the published expiration date, so please double-check your order when it arrives!
